Accu-Lube MQL is Near Dry Machining. Eliminating flood coolant in machining applications thus eliminating the need to manage and disposal of metalworking fluids is our goal. To do this we use a system of precision applicators and bio-based lubricants. By applying a precise amount of lubricant to the cutting edge of the tool we can prevent heat build up in the cutting tool and part. The lubricant is consumed in the machining operation and there is no waste or re-circulation of flood coolant, making the operation "Near Dry".
