The Accu-Lube 01A1-STD Aluminum Pump Applicator is a complete Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) system designed for precise, efficient lubricant delivery in metalworking and machining applications. Built to eliminate the need for flood coolant, this system delivers a controlled micro-amount of lubricant directly to the cutting zone—helping reduce heat, improve tool life, and create a cleaner machining environment.
Housed in a durable lockable metal enclosure, the system features an aluminum Accu-Lube pump with 110VAC electric solenoid on/off control for automated operation. The 10-ounce reservoir and 12-foot coaxial hose provide reliable, flexible installation across a wide range of machining setups. The included 12" copper nozzle with standard tip ensures accurate lubricant placement for consistent cutting performance.
When paired with Accu-Lube vegetable oil based lubricants, the 01A1-STD supports near dry machining by reducing fluid consumption and eliminating coolant disposal and recirculation issues.
